If you use Microsoft PowerPoint on your Mac, you can save the presentations you create and open them in Keynote, Apple’s presentation app. It’s a handy feature to use in case you can’t access Microsoft’s apps. Every Mac comes with Apple’s iWork apps: Pages (word processor), Numbers (spreadsheet), and Keynote (presentations).

I deliver presentations in my workplace frequently and I would like to use an Apple MacBook Air at home where I can amend and create a presentation in my spare time. Some of my colleagues have experienced problems with graphics and animations after creating a presentation on a MacBook and then presenting it using the Microsoft work computer. The graphics suddenly appear in the wrong places and the animation timings are off. I really like the idea of a light MacBook Air as I travel abroad weekly. I already have everything else Apple and have held off buying a MacBook for this exact issue. I would really like some opinions! Thank you very much.
